Who is Covalent?

We’re a fintech based in the Sydney CBD. Our leadership team have a retail banking (product), strategy and payments background. We’re venture backed and operate rewards programs for several major enterprises. You can read more about us on our “About Us” page.

How do your programs work?

Our rewards programs allow your employees to get a discount on their everyday shopping. We work with your team to develop a bespoke capability.

What does "free" rewards mean?

Our rewards are paid for by our retail partners. Members can readily earn $500 a year in rewards.

Who is it for?

Large employers - typically with at least 500 employees.

What does it cost?

Please contact our Sales team so we can provide indicative pricing based on your requirements.

Is the program stand alone?

Yes, we are a dedicated perks provider. We do not require you to take on a payroll product or other services. Our product can be standalone or integrated into your existing employee portal.
